Created an integrated user-centric solution from scratch specifically for the healthcare facility of Medicity - Civil Hospital Ahmedabad, considering doctors, patients, and service staff as stakeholders this application was designed to provide end-to-end solutions to limitations and problems that exist.

Understood the problems and pain points of users which resulted in transforming multiple aspects of the app, adding and altering the customer journey, accompanied by a new aesthetic User-interface and addressing other UX elements which eventually lead to a user-centric digital experience that is smooth and satisfying to engage with.
